Our engineers work on diverse projects such as modernizing the State’s water infrastructure, increasing the efficiency of our generating facilities, and conducting safety inspections in the field.

Under general direction of the Supervising Engineer, Water Resources, performs a variety of engineering assignments in the field and office in connection with construction contract administration, construction management, engineering, and inspection to ensure that construction contracts managed by Oroville Project Headquarters (OPH) for the State Water Project and other assigned facilities are completed on schedule and in accordance with plans and specifications. Experience with field work performing quality control, and construction management such as reviewing plans and specifications, requests for information (RFI’s), and submittals. Bidding experience such as Estimating, and experience with schedules is also preferred.
