Faith Technologies Inc. (FTI) is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Product Engineering team inMenasha, WI.
This Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing and/or specifying electrical and electro-mechanical parts and assemblies that will be used within products that are used within the renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining, and data center markets.
The Senior Electrical Engineer will support the Design Engineering team in the design and qualification of electrical components, sub-systems, multi-level assemblies, and system architecture of various products that are used within the energy industry. This position will also work with other disciplines within the organization to understand customer and market requirements, design products to be easy to both manufacture and assemble, support products as they go through the Product Development Process, and support service and aftermarket needs.
This position will work within the Design Engineering team and need to coordinate their work with other individuals to meet project requirements, timelines, and goals. The ability to understand high-level requirements and create detail-level requirements and designs will be key to meeting project objectives. This position will require an understanding of drawing standards, Change Notice practices, and the ability to create Bills of Materials based on their design output.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience, 8 years of product design experience preferred
Travel: 10-25%
This role requires work to be done Onsite from our Menasha, WI office. Our onsite roles include a high level of workplace and schedule flexibility to support a healthy work-life balance.

This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.
