You will drive process optimization, troubleshoot operations, and implement major system modifications with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Masters with engineering experience minimum 2 years.
• Bachelor with 4 years engineering experience minimum.
• Experience in packaging equipment, design and validations.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex assignments requiring new engineering techniques.
• Develop policies and procedures affecting multiple units.
• Supervise engineers, associates and technicians on projects.
• Apply advanced engineering techniques within area of expertise.
• Collaborate with research, manufacturing, and quality teams on requirements.
• Lead design and engineering projects within schedule and budget.
