Job summary

Inteldot is seeking an experienced Administrative Shift engineer to independently characterize and optimize processes across operations, manufacturing, pilot plant, and capital projects. The role involves applying advanced engineering principles to design and implement major system modifications, analyze results, and present findings for significant projects.

The ideal candidate will have doctoral or masters with substantial engineering experience, strong technical writing, and a track record

Qualifications

• Strong technical writing, problem-solving and communication abilities are required.
• Experience with deviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls and risk assessments is expected.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements and traceability is essential.
• Ability to collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Validation, Quality and external vendors.
• Experience with purification, fermentation, process equipment, or pharma manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements engineering techniques for complex system modifications.
• Supervises a small staff of engineers/technicians.
• Develops and enforces engineering policies across units.
• Coordinates with project managers to complete design and engineering projects on schedule.
• Leads cross‑functional teams in large, highly complex system/facility modifications.
