The Marketing Technology (MarTech) organization is responsible for the platforms and capabilities that power personalized customer engagement across Comcast's digital and direct marketing ecosystem. Our teams build and operate customer data, audience management, decisioning, and activation platforms that enable data-driven communications at enterprise scale.

This role will focus on designing and building AI-powered solutions that streamline business processes, automate complex workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the way teams create, manage, and activate customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions supporting marketing and operational use cases.
• Build integrations between LLMs, enterprise data platforms, and marketing technology systems.
• Develop scalable cloud-native services and APIs supporting AI-driven experiences.
• Collaborate across engineering and business teams to identify and deliver high-value automation opportunities.
