As a Senior Engineer for Load Interconnection & Model Development you will play a critical role in expanding our energy infrastructure and integrating our large‑load facilities into the electric grid. You will be a key individual contributor, focusing on the complex challenges of connecting and optimizing our operations within the MISO and SPP RTOs.
This position requires deep technical expertise in power systems and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. You will navigate the regulatory and technical hurdles of load deliverability to ensure our data centers have the high‑capacity, reliable power required for AI and high‑performance computing.
Compensation will be paid in the range of $175,000 - $210,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
