Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to lead planning, implementation, migration, and optimization of IAM solutions for enterprise customers in the Tampa area. You will act as the technical lead on medium to large engagements, developing detailed implementation plans and deployment methodologies.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, hybrid identity, and Okta or equivalent platforms, plus experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with at least 3 years focused on Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity environments.
• Experience with Okta or other enterprise identity platforms.
• Experience implementing MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and identity governance solutions.
• Experience with PIM, PAM, RBAC, and least-privilege security models.
• Experience performing identity assessments, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Experience with PowerShell and automation technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide engineers.
