Veeam is seeking a Senior Engineer- Hyperscale Analytics to design and scale next-generation data processing and analytics platforms powering OLTP, OLAP, and large-scale distributed data systems.

You will build and optimize pipelines for real-time transactions, analytical insights, and AI-driven decisioning, collaborating with data scientists and ML teams to enable secure, cost-efficient data platforms.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in data infrastructure.
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Flink).
• Strong background in cloud-scale data architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or Go.
• Experience with Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT design and orchestration (Airflow/dbt).

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable OLTP systems for real-time workloads and OLAP for large analytics.
• Build, optimize, and maintain batch and streaming pipelines using Spark, Flink, Presto/Trino, or Kafka Streams.
• Optimize for low-latency queries, high-throughput ingestion, and interactive analytics.
• Integrate with Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift and other storage/processing systems for hybrid workloads.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and observability with automated failover and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to build unified data platforms.
