Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in application development, business analysis, system analysis, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proven hands-on ERP experience (e.g., SAP) with planning, warehouse management, and/or planning systems and integration.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills to facilitate meetings and present complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of AI concepts and practical application to support operations.
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement track record.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and lead multi-phase roadmaps.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced techno-functional engineer to join our Global Medical Products and Distribution (GMPD) IT Strategy Integration team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in analyzing our segment applications and data flow integrations, bridging the gap between current state realities and future state objectives. You will be responsible for leading stakeholder engagements, recommending process improvements, and guiding the segment team through the execution of our strategic roadmap. The primary focus for this position will be on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and supply chain applications and comprehensive capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience with leading ERP platforms, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and a proven track record of leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance daily operations and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct meetings with key stakeholders to thoroughly analyze and document both the current and future state of segment applications and data flow integration
• Identify, recommend, and actively assist in the implementation of process improvements to drive operational efficiency
• Drive and guide the segment team in the cohesive and timely execution of future state roadmap activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including IT, operations, and segment leadership) to ensure alignment on project goals and technological solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP applications and supply chain capabilities, ensuring systems align with operational goals

• Partner effectively with technical teams, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology initiatives
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
• Working closely with partners in the United States, Japan, Canada, Australia, China, European Countries, and India; primarily in the United States

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in application development, business analysis, system analysis, or project management, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Proven, hands‑on experience working with and implementing ERP (e.g., SAP, etc.), planning, warehouse management, and / or planning systems with expertise on system architecture and integration, software development lifecycles and end-to-end data flow
• Deep foundational knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and operational best practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to facilitate meetings and present complex concepts to diverse stakeholder groups
• Understanding of AI concepts and architecture
• Demonstrated experience practically applying AI tools and technologies to support daily work, optimize workflows, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a documented history of identifying and executing process improvements.
• Demonstrated thought leader, idea generator, and problem solver
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom) and process mapping applications (e.g., Lucidchart).
