Job summary

You will own deviation records end-to-end, perform root cause analyses, and coordinate with Manufacturing, QA, Automation, and Facilities to resolve issues. This role emphasizes regulatory compliance and data-driven improvements benefiting patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED with 10 years of relevant experience OR
• Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR
• Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR
• Doctorate in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deviation Ownership & Execution: manage investigations from initiation to closure with QA/system compliance.
• Technical Investigation & Root Cause Analysis: perform field assessments, evidence gathering, and RCA sessions.
• CAPA: develop robust corrective/preventive actions and verify effectiveness.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: align with Manufacturing, QA, Quality Control, Automation, and Facilities.
