Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a highly motivated engineer to join our Puerto Rico/USA team. You will lead maintenance strategies, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and drive capital projects in a world‑class manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience, with CMMS, PM planning, CAPA processes, GMP awareness, and cross‑functional collaboration. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience.
• Experience managing manufacturing equipment within a CMMS and PM strategies.
• Knowledge of equipment reliability and maintenance optimization.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.
• Experience leading equipment improvement projects and CAPAs.
• GMP and regulatory compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Characterize process optimization strategies and troubleshoot operations.
• Design and implement major system modifications and capital projects.
• Develop results analyses for operational issues and engineering projects.
• Develop new engineering techniques and procedures.
• Create and enforce maintenance policies affecting multiple units.
• Supervise engineers and technicians on projects.
• Apply advanced techniques and extrapolate knowns to related fields.
• Serve as SME for manufacturing equipment design, maintenance, and compliance.
• Conduct root cause investigations and corrective actions.
