Job summary

Ladders, Remote (US-based), is seeking a Senior Engineer, Endpoint Security to strengthen the security posture across enterprise endpoint environments in the hospitality space. The role focuses on protecting devices, monitoring threats, and improving operational resilience.

You will partner with infrastructure, technology, and business teams to enhance endpoint security controls and support secure software deployment in a large enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 4-year or technical degree required; CISSP preferred.
• 5+ years in information security within an enterprise.
• 2+ years as a technical project lead.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security technologies.
• Knowledge of attack methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Experience with Ivanti, SentinelOne, or similar tools.
• Experience in retail, travel, or hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on endpoint security technologies and deployment.
• Enhance and maintain endpoint security platforms and processes.
• Monitor security events and perform threat analysis.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Engineer, Endpoint Security to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.
This role will strengthen the organization’s security posture across endpoint environments, with a focus on protecting devices, monitoring threats, and improving operational resilience. You will partner with infrastructure, technology, and business teams to enhance endpoint security controls and support secure software deployment in a large enterprise setting. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience with endpoint security tools, security governance, and threat analysis in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
