Archer is seeking a Senior Engineer, Doors in San Jose, CA to lead mechanical design of interior and exterior closures for all-electric air mobility aircraft. The role requires 5+ years in aerospace design, strong Siemens NX CAD skills, and solid GD&T and FEA experience.

You will drive model creation, drawings, specs, and cross-functional collaboration to meet safety and certification milestones. Base pay targets $140,000 to $180,000 with pay-for-performance culture.

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent level of experience.
• 5+ years of mechanical design experience in Aerospace.
• Strong 3D CAD skills (Siemens NX preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Experience with FEA tools and structural analysis.

Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the mechanical design and development of interior / exterior closures

Required Qualifications:
