Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Senior Professional Engineer to provide program and project management support for DOE clients at multiple site locations. All services align with established professional standards and the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities include EVMS reporting, data analytics, staffing analyses, DOE consultations, and PM improvement strategies. Travel to DOE sites may be required. BS/BA in a relevant field and 5+ years in analytics and PM are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years data analytics experience.
• 5 years database management experience preferred.
• 5+ years program/project management activities.
• Knowledge of nuclear facility construction, operation, and/or D&D.
• Excellent oral and written communications (presentations).
• Analytical experience using Excel, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
• Willingness to travel to support DOE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs analyses of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting for DOE assets.
• Performs data analytics and develops tools to mine data for reporting.
• Conducts staffing analysis using DOE models and processes.
• Provides expert consultation to DOE clients on operations technical issues.
• Develops and executes PM improvement strategies authorized by DOE.
• Participates in DOE program reviews as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Manages development of DOE EM Monthly Program Portfolio Reports.
• Provides consultation and support in various PM topics to DOE.
• Develops policies and procedures implementing DOE regulations and standards.
• Researches Lessons Learned Bulletins on project/program management topics.
