Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho seeks a candidate to lead electrical characterization for advanced memory devices, collaborating with device, process and product teams to turn measurements into actionable technical insights guiding performance and reliability of NAND, DRAM and emerging memories.
You will develop measurement methods, automate data pipelines and analyses using Python, C/C++, Unix/Linux, and related tools, and design test setups for wafer probe and ATE flows.
