Design, develop and debug cost effective evaluation test HW/SW solutions for characterization and qualification in the wafer probe and package environments. Work with design engineers in defining/developing evaluation test methodologies, test plans, and test modes. Define/Create evaluation test schematics and work with lay-out engineers for creation of printed circuit boards (PCB). Debug evaluation test programs to correlate evaluation test solution results to design engineering simulations and production test programs. Engage and support local and offshore application teams to resolve product use case questions and problems after production release. Assist with customer returns and the Failure Analysis teams. Participate in New Product Development teams and evaluate new evaluation test systems for future applications. Manage, create, and maintain project schedules that align with product introduction and release dates.
