Job summary

GEICO’s Service Engineering team is building large-scale distributed AI applications powering self-service across voice IVR, chat, SMS and email. The Senior Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI systems and multi-agent architectures that improve automation and customer experience in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications include 4+ years in Python/Java, experience with AI frameworks, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and APIs; familiarity with Dynamics CRM and Power Platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of software development experience in Python or Java.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models in production.
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS or GCP, and building distributed systems.
• Experience with microservices and REST APIs; familiarity with Dynamics CRM/Power Platforms is a plus.
