Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI across the SDLC, defining the strategy, architecture, and operating model for Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and related AI frameworks to automate developer workflows.

You will partner with product, platform risk and delivery teams to drive measurable outcomes, ensure responsible use, and scale adoption across the enterprise, with 40-hour weeks in-office in Pennington, NJ, United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering/architecture with AI/LLM leadership.
• Experience implementing Agentic AI solutions integrated with SDLC platforms.
• Hands-on with GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise Agentic‑AI‑in‑SDLC strategy and multiyear roadmap.
• Architect agentic workflows and integrate with SDLC systems and observability.
• Lead delivery of AI agents that automate SDLC tasks and promote adoption.
• Define ontology for domain knowledge graphs and retrieval ecosystems.
• Establish LLMOps/MLOps practices including evaluation and safety.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Privacy, and InfoSec on responsible AI patterns.
