Job summary

GA Telesis in the United States is seeking a Planning Manager to oversee maintenance planning for commercial aircraft engines and modules. You will create work packages, define labor requirements, coordinate materials, and track milestones to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.

Reporting to the Director of Maintenance Operations, you will ensure FAA Part 145 compliance, maintain records, and collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams globally to optimize scheduling

Qualifications

• A&P license with 5 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in MRO planning department.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements and work scopes.
• Develop engine work packages based on manuals.
• Interpret Engine Maintenance Manuals (EMM), IPCs, SBs, ADs, and CMMs.
• Define required inspections, repairs, modifications, and testing.
• Prepare travelers and job cards for maintenance tasks.
• Develop and maintain detailed engine production schedules.
• Coordinate workflow from disassembly to shipping.
• Monitor daily engine status and identify schedule risks.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely materials.
• Coordinate with Engineering for repairs beyond manual limits.
• Maintain complete maintenance records and update ERP/MRO data.
• Ensure FAA Part 145 compliance and quality procedures.
