Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients in commercial and regulatory litigation, including energy markets and utility regulation.
• Lead or support all phases of litigation pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial prep.
• Draft and argue motions; take and defend depositions; prepare trial materials and expert submissions.
• Engage with clients and collaborate with partners to develop and execute litigation strategy.
