The State of California’s Public Advocates Office seeks an Attorney IV to lead advocacy on rate-making and multi-state energy market issues, including CAISO transformations. You will work under the Chief Counsel to advance public utility interests and protect California ratepayers.

Formación

• Knowledge of federal and state energy law and/or regulation.
• Experience with general rate making issues.
• Competence in public utility policy evaluation and advocacy.

Responsabilidades

• Represents the Public Advocates Office in rate-making and multi-state energy market issues, including the transformation of CAISO.
• Advocates to ensure Californians receive safe and reliable utility service.
