As a Senior Energy Engineer at NORESCO, you will lead the technical development of projects or specific energy conservation measures in support of large complex projects. You will collaborate and interact with customers as well as other NORESCO staff including Senior Project Engineers, Sales, Project Developers, Design Engineers, Construction Managers and Measurement and Verification (M&V). You will also be representing NORESCO at customer sites visits and conference calls as part of the engineering team. Your must have a thorough and advanced understanding of technologies and technical solutions, development processes of ESPC and UESC contracts and federal customer expectations, requirements and standards. Must possess a strong technical background with excellent communication and technical writing skills.
Support the technical team during all phases of project development including overall responsibility in conducting energy audits, site investigations, ECM scope development, energy savings calculations, and developing cost estimates for large federal, commercial and institutional facilities. Work within the engineering team to improve processes and procedures.
