A consulting firm is seeking an Energy Data Management Senior Analyst based in the Mid Atlantic Washington Metropolitan Area. The candidate will support the U.S. Department of Defense by providing strategic planning and logistical support to enhance operational readiness. Qualifications

• 8 years minimum in the public or private oil and gas industry.
• 15 years minimum in Supply Chain Management, Program Management, and Logistics Strategy Development.
• 5 years minimum proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• 5 years minimum in performance measurement.
• 5 years minimum in metric development and reporting.
• 5 years minimum in strategic planning.
• 5 years minimum in oil and gas or DoD fuel community experience.
• 6 years minimum in financial reporting.
• 3 years minimum in compiling reports and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and consulting support as Subject Matter Expert.
• Enhance DLA’s SRM program and project management initiatives.
• Plan, budget, and oversee maintenance and construction projects.
• Manage POL assets for the Army, Air Force, and Navy.
• Support strategic planning and data analysis.
