Qualifications
8 years minimum in the public or private oil and gas industry.
15 years minimum in Supply Chain Management, Program Management, and Logistics Strategy Development.
5 years minimum proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5 years minimum in performance measurement.
5 years minimum in metric development and reporting.
5 years minimum in strategic planning.
5 years minimum in oil and gas or DoD fuel community experience.
6 years minimum in financial reporting.
3 years minimum in compiling reports and metrics.
Responsibilities
