Job summary
LearnETRM in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Endur Developer to join our on‑site team. You will design, develop, configure, and enhance Endur solutions, and own interfaces with data, ERP, treasury, and reporting systems across the full trade lifecycle.
The role requires 8+ years of hands-on Endur/ION development, strong ETRM domain knowledge, and leadership to mentor junior developers in a fast-paced environment. Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Openlink / ION Endur development.
- Strong experience across the complete Endur project lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Solid understanding of Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) and the full trade lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Endur design, development, configuration, and enhancement.
- Custom development using JVS.
- Endur integrations with market data, ERP, treasury, reporting, and downstream systems.
- Troubleshooting production, valuation, performance, and integration issues.
- Endur upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Technical reviews, release planning, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership.
