CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Endpoint Security Engineer to join the Transport & Cybersecurity Services (TCS) team in Springfield, VA or St. Louis, MO.

The role focuses on Tenable Nessus-based vulnerability management and security posture across Linux platforms. Candidates must hold a TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8570 IAT Level II, and obtain CSSP Infrastructure certification within 6 months, with a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of cyber security experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field; 10+ years of cyber security experience preferred.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (current).
• Must obtain CSSP Infrastructure Support certification within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with Tenable Suite: Security Center, Nessus Scanners, Nessus Manager.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Tenable Security Center, Nessus Scanners, and Nessus Manager on Linux.
• Perform regular vulnerability scans and assessments across the network.
• Analyze scan results and prioritize vulnerabilities by severity and impact.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
• Generate and distribute vulnerability reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
• Provide training and support for Tenable products on Linux.
• Ensure optimal performance and security of the Tenable environment on Linux.
• Configure and install security products using Linux OS.
