Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a full-time Endpoint Operations Admin III to join our IT team across multiple locations (Columbus, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Wilmington, DE) on a hybrid schedule with on-site three days per week and remote option on Mondays and Fridays.

The role focuses on designing and maintaining modern MDM solutions using Windows 11, MECM/SCCM, and Intune, while advancing endpoint lifecycle practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience administering Endpoint Management systems.
• Expert-level with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 11, and Autopilot.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint lifecycle management, deployment, configuration and support.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM environments, including distribution points and Cloud Management Gateway.
• Must have SCCM, Intune, Entra, PowerShell, and AVD experience.

Responsibilities

• Design modern desktop and mobile device management (MDM) solutions using Windows 11, MECM/SCCM, and Intune.
• Develop and implement endpoint lifecycle practices.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues by examining performance, RAM usage and incompatibilities.
• Lead client working sessions to gather objectives and review competitive landscape.
• Build Group Policy desktop management policies and integrate with Intune.
• Operate and maintain SCCM and related environments including distribution points and Cloud Management Gateway.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support and lead enterprise endpoint management initiatives.
• Plan, deploy and track success of application packages; build and deploy with PowerShell.
