• Experience packaging software with InstallShield or similar tools.
• VDI management experience, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Expertise in endpoint protection and security controls.
• Advanced MECM and Microsoft Intune knowledge.
• Deep patch management across BIOS, firmware, OS, and apps.
• Basic SQL Server database administration knowledge.
