You will move fluidly from problem framing to shipped product, collaborating with engineers and PMs to turn insights into real, user-friendly experiences. This role expands design into product-building discipline, with hands-on prototyping, research, and fast iteration.

Qualifications

• Senior Product Designer with capability to own end-to-end product design across service, system, and interface domains.
• Ability to prototype and ship features, balancing speed with quality.
• Comfort collaborating closely with engineers and PMs to align on user outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own problems end-to-end - from discovery through to shipped product.
• Design flows, systems, and interfaces that are simple, scalable, and high-quality.
• Stay close to the customer - educators, schools, and internal teams.
• Build and contribute to our research machine - interviews, observation, data, and usage.
