The role emphasizes SQL proficiency, data warehouse experience, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive system enhancements and reliable data insights. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 40 hours/week, full-time.

Formación

• 1+ years of relevant programming or analytical experience; writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience in a data warehouse environment with large data sets from multiple sources.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills within and across teams.
• Claims/Encounters experience in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Write simple to complex SQL queries, procedures, and reports for data analysis.
• Define, develop, and implement system enhancements to support business goals.
• Develop and execute test scripts; report outcomes or defects.
• Write and modify SQL queries; interpret results and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
