You will handle complex employment litigation matters, advise employers and employees on employment law issues, and represent clients in state and federal courts.

The role requires independence in managing cases, strong research and writing skills, and active California Bar membership or eligibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal courts.
• Proven experience handling employment law matters.
• Strong expertise in discovery and dispositive motions.
• Excellent research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
• Active California Bar membership or eligibility for admission.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Provide strategic legal advice to employers and employees.
• Conduct workplace investigations and compliance assessments.
• Coordinate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies.
