Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in federal or state court litigation, including motions, depositions, and ESI discovery.
• Negotiation and settlement experience in relevant practice areas.
• Strong research and superior writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload and try cases in court.
• Draft pleadings and briefs, conduct discovery, and negotiate settlements.
• Work under supervision of the Deputy Corporation Counsel in Employment Litigation.
• Handle sophisticated matters including class actions and complex motions.
