Jobot is growing and seeks a Senior Employment Litigation Attorney / Senior Employment Defense Counsel in the Monterey/Carmel area. JD from an accredited law school, CA license, and 3+ years in employment law (management side) or related fields are required. Onsite five days a week.

Base salary ranges from $160,000 to $270,000 per year, with bonuses for billable hours and origination, plus 401k and health, dental, and vision coverage.

• 3+ years of professional experience in employment law (management side) and related areas.

As a Senior Employment Litigation Attorney / Senior Employment Defense Counsel on our team, we are looking for:

• JD from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in CA
• 3+ years of professional experience with any of the following: business transactions, contractual disputes, employment law (management side), land use, zoning disputes, and insurance coverage matters
• Willingness to work onsite in the Monterey / Carmel area 5 days per week
