Your Mission

The Employee Relations team plays a crucial role in shaping workplace culture by managing sensitive employee issues with integrity and trust. The ER Specialist partners with HR and Legal teams, influences leadership, and implements strategies to maintain a positive, ethical environment. Key skills include sound judgment, effective communication, emotional intelligence, data analysis, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Review sensitive employee relations cases.
• Collaborate with Ethics & Compliance and Legal teams to resolve conflicts.
• Make recommendations following investigations and support disciplinary processes.
• Assist with performance management and coaching.
• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on ER matters.
• Maintain detailed ER case files.
• Contribute to ER training initiatives and policy improvements.
• Support interactive processes for reasonable accommodations.
• Participate in ad-hoc ER projects and domestic travel as needed.

Player Profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of Employee Relations experience or related HR/legal experience.
• Knowledge of US employment laws; experience with labor law is a plus.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment law or French proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and openness to learning new technologies.

The U.S. salary range is $87,480 - $161,910 annually, negotiable based on experience and location. This is a full-time, mid-senior level position in the Entertainment Providers industry.
