Job summary

Paychex is seeking a senior Principal Employee Experience Enablement Partner to connect employee experience to business outcomes using Total Experience principles. You will act as an internal consultant to leaders, identifying friction at the intersection of employee and customer experiences to improve effectiveness, retention, and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
8+ years in Employee Experience, Organizational Effectiveness, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical, consulting, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
Experience with journey mapping, service design, or design thinking.
Experience supporting customer-facing functions.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior internal consultant to business leaders, linking employee experience to business outcomes.
Lead Employee Experience initiatives across functions to improve retention, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Develop measurable action plans to reduce friction and drive business impact.
Facilitate workshops, workshops, and business reviews focused on EX improvements.
Partner with HR, Operations, Technology, Learning, Facilities and Communications to remove obstacles.
Utilize employee listening and analytics to identify priorities and track impact.
