Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Atlanta, GA seeks a mid to senior-level Litigation Associate to join its Eminent Domain & Condemnation Practice. You will represent property owners, businesses, and governmental entities in eminent domain, condemnation, and related real property disputes throughout Georgia and the Southeast.

The role requires license in Georgia, 3–7 years in commercial litigation, strong advocacy, and proven ability to manage a high-volume litigation-focused practice, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Georgia or eligible for admission.
• 3–7 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience in eminent domain, condemnation, real property, land use, or zoning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of eminent domain and condemnation proceedings.
• Participate in jury trials and evidentiary hearings.
• Draft and argue related motions.
• Engage in negotiations and mediations.
