Qualifications

• Ensure exercise objectives, scope, and design are aligned.
• Maintain accurate control notes and logs.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt to dynamic exercise environments

Working knowledge of exercise conduct and control principles

Familiarity with HSEEP
