Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking an Embryologist to join our team in Naperville, IL. This full-time, on-site position offers responsibility for culture, handling, and manipulation of human embryos, with collaborative care across the ART team.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in reproductive biology or embryology, 2–4 years of clinical lab experience outside ART, and are trained in ICSI and biopsy. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in reproductive biology or embryology.
• 2–4 years of professional embryology lab experience outside ART program.
• Fully trained in ICSI.
• Fully trained in biopsy.
• Proficient in cryopreservation and meticulous record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform embryo culture, gamete handling, insemination, and cryopreservation.
• Monitor lab conditions to support embryo development.
• Collaborate with medical team to develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in QC/QA activities and equipment maintenance.
• Contribute to research to improve lab protocols.
• Stay updated on ART advancements and train staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
