Imperative Care in Campbell, California is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Embedded Test Automation to design and build hardware‑in‑the‑loop test infrastructure for our medical robotic platform. This on‑site, full‑time role collaborates with embedded software, electrical, systems, and manufacturing teams to accelerate testing and manufacturing tooling.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Python and automation framework experience.
• Experience with Linux, Git, pytest, and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain hardware-in-the-loop test systems and automated fixtures for embedded firmware and hardware.
• Build reusable Python automation for component, integration, regression, and fault-injection testing.
• Create and maintain manufacturing tools for device programming, provisioning, configuration, calibration, and diagnostics.
• Integrate embedded tests and hardware test stations into CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with embedded software, electrical, systems, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop tools to automate tasks and collect data.
