Job summary

IDEXX is seeking an Embedded Software Test Automation Engineer to join the Instrument Development team. You will design reusable test frameworks and tooling for multiple embedded platforms, and maintain automated test code validating embedded software.

Responsibilities include CI/CD integration, HIL system support, and collaboration across engineering teams to improve testing efficiency and reliability. Strong AI-assisted development experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/SE or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in embedded software test automation.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated test frameworks and HIL testing environments.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable automated test frameworks and tooling across embedded platforms.
• Develop and maintain automated test code for embedded software systems.
• Define and maintain automated test strategies across the software development lifecycle.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support HIL environments.
