Job summary

Yellow Duck Technologies is seeking a cleared Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to support development, analysis, and advancement of complex embedded systems and mission-focused technical solutions.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, 12+ years' experience with embedded systems, and deep knowledge of ARM, PPC, MIPS assembly, Python, and C. You will lead teams, partner with customers, and document findings to drive mission-critical results.

Qualifications

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree; an additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• 12+ years of experience analyzing and developing embedded systems.
• Extensive experience with embedded assembly languages (ARM, PPC, and MIPS).
• Proficiency in Python, C, and Assembly (ASM) development.
• Strong understanding of embedded environments (VxWorks, ELDK, or custom operating systems).
• Familiarity with debugging tools.
• Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with customers on research initiatives.
• Experience breaking down complex problems into structured milestones.
• Self-driven researcher with a track record of successfully completing highly technical, mission-critical tasks.
