Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience with firmware development.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Generative AI tools to accelerate firmware development and improve code quality.
• Design, develop, and sustain firmware for embedded electronics including BLDC-motor control and BLE.
• Lead system design, including architecture and requirements development.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and risk evaluations for new products.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools.
• Provide technical leadership to uphold software quality standards and drive process improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers through hands-on problem solving and debugging.
• Provide timely communications on issues, risks, or developments.
• Support field investigations, manufacturing, and supply chain issue resolution.
