The role requires a bachelor's degree, 8+ years in software development, strong embedded C/C++ and RTOS, familiarity with hardware interfaces, and knowledge of IEC 62304 and design controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with regulated or safety-critical products.
• Strong embedded C/C++ and RTOS expertise.
• Familiarity with hardware interfaces and protocols.
• Working knowledge of design controls, software risk management, traceability, verification.
• IEC 62304 or equivalent standard knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain embedded software across architecture, requirements, design, implementation, integration, verification, release, and sustaining engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development, risk management, field issues, connected-device solutions, and technical decisions.
• Mentor engineers and communicate risks and recommendations.
