AvtechTyee is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to embedded systems on aerospace products. You will apply your strong software engineering expertise across the full product life cycle, lead initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects.

Collaboration, hands-on development, and a proven track record in real-time embedded systems are essential. The role requires on-site work at our Everett facility and US work authorization.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in CS/SE/EE or related field.
10+ years of embedded system programming experience.
Strong C and assembly language skills.
Experience with real-time timing critical systems.
Knowledge of DO-178 SW certification processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and apply new concepts and techniques.
Lead problem solving across multiple technical disciplines.
Define and lead structured problem solving aligned with division goals.
Provide technical insights to analyze risks and opportunities and adjust plans.
