Job summary

Tata Technologies is seeking an AUTOSAR Bootloader Engineer in Auburn Hills, MI to develop, integrate, and validate AUTOSAR-based Bootloaders for Vehicle Control Units. You will work on secure flashing, FOTA, and cybersecurity enablement using CycurHSM and iSOLAR-B tools with a focus on ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434 standards.

The role requires collaboration with AUTOSAR BSW, platform, cybersecurity, and validation teams to deliver production-grade bootloader solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with AUTOSAR Bootloader development and testing for VCU/ECUs.
• Knowledge of FOTA and secure flash/boot concepts preferred.
• Understanding of ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 security processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test AUTOSAR Bootloader for Vehicle Control Unit (VCU).
• Implement FOTA functionality and secure flashing capabilities.
• Support cybersecurity features—Secure Flash, Secure Boot, and HSM integration—on ECUs.
• Validate memory and communication stacks (FLS, FEE, NVM, CAN, CANIF, CANTP, DCM).
• Coordinate with AUTOSAR BSW, platform, and validation teams to ensure ASPICE compliance.
