Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Senior Embedded Security Engineer to design and implement hardware-root-of-trust, secure boot, and trusted execution environments across the embedded Linux stack. The role involves building automated signing pipelines and coordinating with manufacturing for secure eFuses/OTP provisioning.

You will drive code integrity, implement dm-verity with encrypted at-rest storage, and strengthen sandboxing with SELinux/AppArmor.

Qualifications

6+ years of Embedded Linux development experience.
Deep understanding of hardware security architectures and TrustZone.
Experience with Linux containment tools and secure boot chains.

Responsibilities

System Resilience: design multi-slot boot recovery layouts for safe OTA updates.
Core Experience: 6+ years in Embedded Linux development and BSP customization.
Security Focus: deploy device-level security features in production hardware.
Low-Level Systems: customize bootloaders and kernel storage/security subsystems.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/EE/Math or related field.
