Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead a team delivering embedded firmware for Google data center servers, managing performance and aligning priorities with organizational goals.
Develop and evolve the mid-term technical vision and roadmap, influencing technical direction to meet anticipated infrastructure needs.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of firmware projects, proactively resolving issues to ensure timelines, quality, and velocity are met.
Build strong relationships with internal development, product management, and external stakeholders to align on project scope and deliverables.
Foster a collaborative environment to troubleshoot issues and drive delivery of goals.
