Qualifications

• BS Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Proficiency with SVN source control.
• Proficiency with Bugzilla bug tracking tools.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience using RTOS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, troubleshoot and test software based on product requirements.
• Adapt to changing requirements and communicate effort and risks.
• Assist in testing software releases for other team members.
• Participate in code reviews/code audits.
• Document software designs and usage instructions.
• Support and maintain software released to customers.
• Participate in software process improvement initiatives.
• Stay up to date on latest software techniques and trends.
