Job summary

MKS Inc. is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer for their Flow Solutions team based in Andover, Massachusetts. In this role, you will contribute to developing embedded firmware for mass flow controllers used in semiconductor manufacturing.

You will work closely with engineers and customers to address technical challenges and enhance performance. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience are required.

Compensation ranges from $101,675 to $140,000, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing embedded systems and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools such as emulators and oscilloscopes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills down to the component/board level.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the architecture, design, implementation, verification, and validation of firmware.
• Partnering with customers to understand application needs and integration challenges.
• Supporting hardware bring-up, debugging, and diagnostics at the board and system level.
