Matrix Design Group is seeking a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to assist in planning and developing firmware for embedded systems in Newburgh, Indiana. This role requires 7+ years of experience with C/C++ and strong Object-Oriented Design skills.

We are currently seeking a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer. The Embedded Firmware Engineer will assist in the planning and development of firmware and embedded systems and be mainly responsible for the implementation of the completed designs. Embedded environments may include but not be limited to Atmel processor families, RTOS and Linux environments and will have heavy systems integration components. Coding of designs, documenting produced source code, and supporting existing legacy implementation will be main components of this position. Development of test plans, actual testing, and documentation of test results for software developed will also be required. This position works in a team environment at our home office in Newburgh, IN. This is not a remote position.
This position reports to the Manager of Software Systems.
