Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer focused on embedded hardware design for dispenser products. You will design, review, and validate hardware, collaborate across software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams, and influence architecture decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in hardware design, strong PCB design knowledge, and proficiency with Altium/OrCAD. This on-site position offers opportunities for global collaboration and engineering process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in electronic hardware design.
• Strong knowledge of embedded hardware architectures and system integration.
• Experience with schematic design, debugging, and validation.
• Familiarity with PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD).
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and review electronic hardware systems.
• Apply best practices in PCB design/layout including SI/PI and EMC/EMI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements.
• Support DV/validation and qualification activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards (PCI, EMC, UL).
• Contribute to NPI and manufacturing support.
• Define and improve engineering processes and tools.
